Eastwick Family Services provides services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We provide services for adults. We are registered provider under the Office of Developmental Program in Pennsylvania. Many of our referral comes from various Service Coordination Organizations and county office of Intellectual Disabilities. Below are a list of Services we are providing in the community.

Companions services: What is it?
Companion services are provided to individuals living in private homes for the limited purposes of providing supervision and assistance that is focused solely on the health and safety of the adult individual with an intellectual disability. Companion Services are used to protect the health and welfare of the individual when a habilitative outcome is not appropriate or feasible (i.e. when the individual is not learning, enhancing, or maintaining a skill).
What Eastwick will do: Eastwick will provide well-trained staff to work with individuals in the privacy of their home and community. Our staff will work according to ISP service descriptions. We participate in the development of the ISP, and we make sure individual receiving services and or family guidance fully participate in the development of the Support plan.
Home base Respite Services: What is Respite services use for?
This service is provided to supervise and support individuals living in private homes on a short-term basis due to the absence or need for relief of those persons normally providing care. Eastwick Family trained staff are available to give individual participants all needed respite care as spelled out in the individual support plan (ISP). Services can be based on 15 minutes billing, or a full 24 hours services.
Home and community Habilitation Services
This is a direct service (face-to-face) provided in home and community settings to assist individuals in acquiring, maintaining, and improving self-help, domestic, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in home and community-based settings. Services consist of support in the general areas of self-care, communication, fine and gross motor skills, mobility, personal adjustment, relationship development, socialization, and use of community resources. Eastwick Family Services Staff goes through background screening, and are routinely train to provide the best of care for our individual participants. All Participants receiving services and their guidance fully participate in the development of their ISP.

Adult Residential 6400 homes:
Eastwick Family Services provides residential homes for individual with developmental disability. It is our goal to provide a safe living arrangement to help residents live a life that is as close as possible in all aspects to the life which any member of the community might choose. Our service is based on individual-centered approach, which means all of aspect of the residential experience is solely designed with the individual unique needs in mind. Our services are orchestrated towards growth and development of each resident.
